Jazzercise, then chess

Sessions are Wednesdays, at 1 p.m. Jazzercise - A fitness program that combines aerobic exercises with elements of jazz dance. A series of dance routines is set to popular music while incorporating yoga, Pilates, cardio-kickboxing, and other fitness styles.
